Rates are based on double occupancy and subject to change without notice. Posted rates do not include tax.

Reservations may be made by clicking on the "Reservations" button on the web site or by phone 386-775-7648. There is no minimum stay requirement. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a credit card number or a check for the full amount received at least 7 days prior to your arrival date. Any remaining balance is expected at Check-In.

Cancellations may be made up to 7 days prior to your arrival date. A fee of $50 will be charged to the credit card for late cancellations. If you do not cancel and you do not show up, the amount for the first day will be charged to your credit card. For early departures, special events or holiday periods, we must hold you accountable for the full reservation amount unless the rooms are re-rented for the dates in question.

Payment may be made with traveler's checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Checks will be accepted for the full amount if received at least 7 days prior to your arrival date.

Arrival and Departure times are as follows: Check-In time is 3 to 6 PM unless other arrangements are made. Check-out time is 11 AM.

Well-behaved Children at least 9 years old are welcome in the main house. Our cottage is "family friendly".

Each room in the main house is designed for two people. Each cottage can accommodate a family of at least 4.

Pets are not permitted in the main house unless it is a service animal (please notify us of this need). There is a small fee for first time pets.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

Breakfast is served between 8 and 10 AM unless arrangements are made ahead of time.
